Newly remodeled and ready for you! This adorable 2/1 house is located just south of Kilgore College with easy access to Business 259 and all that Kilgore has to offer. It is about 20 minutes from Longview and 30 minutes from Tyler. It has a queen bed, day bed with a trundle, large sofa, overstuffed chair and a dining area with seating for 4. There is also a stacked, full size washer and dryer in the carport storage room. Relax on the outdoor patio in the adirondack chairs.

This is a 552sqft apartment within our home. It has a completely private driveway and entrance and secure locking interior door between units. One of the features we think you'll most enjoy is the spacious shower with all the hot water you could want! The kitchenette is ready for a bit of cooking if you like. In addition to the King bed, the sofa folds into a bed suitable for an older child or young adult, and a twin mattress on the floor is available upon request.

Tiny home/Cottage with an Alpaca experience.

We have a tiny home with one bedroom and bath. The sofa is a love seat and pulls out as a twin bed. WIFi and dish Tv. The WiFi is fiber Optium We love feeding animal crackers to the alpacas and donkey. They will let you touch them if they are in the mood. But still lots of fun to feed. We have 5 alpacas and one donkey. We have the animal crackers for you to feed with.
