Iron River is also a great location, close to National Forests, the World famous Brule river, and Lake Superior all within a fifteen minute drive!! Bayfield and the Apostle Islands are also not too much further, and are great easy day trips to enjoy.

There's a bend in the Brule River called Boxcar Hole — a designated Wisconsin DNR fish refuge where fish congregate in protected waters. Locals know it. Fly fishers dream about it. And this cabin sits right on it — log walls, wood stove crackling, knotty pine everywhere. The Brule is Wisconsin's most famous trout river, and you'll have direct access from the backyard. Close to tourist areas such as Duluth, Bayfield, Ashland and more. This cabin is the perfect get away. The Brule river is only 8 miles away and can make for the perfect day trip in a kayak or canoe. This cabin comfortably fits 2-4 people! You can enjoy the outdoors at the fire pit or the 3 season porch that gives you the perfect indoor/outdoor feeling!
