Dar Fouad is an ocean nest located in a unique and wonderful place. We are 20 km from Essaouira. Spectacular and hypnotic view of the ocean and the immense bay of Sidi Kaouki. Walking along 300 meters of path in the sand you will be surprised by an immense wild beach. The apartment is at the end of the bucolic village of Ouassane along an asphalt road and 50 meters of easy track. You can watch the ocean right from your bed, here you will listen to the wind blow and the sea breathe.

L'appartement "Le Cap Sim" (70 m2) est situé dans un site magistral, unique et sauvage, à Ouassane, sur le versant Sud du Cap Sim (côte atlantique marocaine) à 20 km d'Essaouira. Il surplombe l'Océan et l'immense baie de Sidi Kaouki, avec une vue à couper le souffle ! Il dispose d'un grand séjour de 30m2 ouvert sur une terrasse de 40 m2 et l'océan par de larges baies vitrées, d'une cuisine tout équipée, de 2 chambres (14 et 11m2), et 2 salles -de bain avec WC.

Si vous cherchez un lieu pour vous détendre et vous ressourcer ,«  Shanty Kaouki »est l endroit idéal. La ville d Essaouira se trouve à seulement 30 minutes en voiture ..
