Our newly-updated and professionally decorated home is located less than 15 minutes away from nearby skiing (Treetops and Otsego), and approximately 30 minutes from Boyne and Schuss. Access snowmobile and ATV trails just across the lake! Enjoy the hot tub and views of the sunrise over the lake year-round with kayaks and swimming in the lake during the summer months. There’s something for everyone at Sunrise Vista!

Big Lake Cabin W Hot Tub/ Kayaks/PngPong/Cable/HBO

The "Sunshine Cabin" enjoys ample natural sun year around from its lofty position up in the trees. The large picture window overlooking Big Lake provides a birds eye view (partial view) of both the canopy and lake. This 81’ deep lake has an island and home to many types of fish that's why we brought fishing/recreational kayaks for our guests. The boat launch access is just 1.6 miles from the sunshine cabin. The cabin is secluded on 1.45 acres of trees. The place has 18 stairs to the 2nd floor.

Fresh remodel - May 2025! Welcome to Cottage 7 on Heart Lake. This has 1 bed/1 bath accommodating up to 2 guests. The cottage includes a full kitchen stocked with all cookware, silverware, and dining utensils. In the summer guests will have access to shared kayaks, canoes, paddle boards, water trampoline, swim platform, and bonfire pit. In the winter, guests can access Trail 7, directly across the road, for snowmobile season. It's the perfect place for your northern Michigan getaway!

Relax around the campfire after your day skiing, shopping in Gaylord or trail riding.

One room rustic cabin with private bath Sleeps 4 max comfortably. Small refrigerator, coffee pot ,toaster oven/air-fryer, outdoor firepit, and outdoor propane grill. Overlooking small pond. We currently have bald eagles and golden eagles sighted daily. Close to the snowmobile trail, 4-wheeler trails, horse trails and the Pigeon River State forest. I-75 does run along side of property, but has a tree line which blocks the sight of it.

Little Bear's Cozy Cabin

Little Bear's Cozy Cabin is a dog friendly rustic cabin in the north woods and just a short ride to snow mobile trails and golf courses . No need to trailer to the trailhead when you can just park the trailer and ride there from our cabin. Ideally located +/- an hour from Mackinaw City, Traverse City, Petoskey, and Charlevoix shopping is never far away. Well trained pets welcome, and equipped with Kennels.

Welcome to the Deer-View Cabin! This cabin is a two bedroom, one bath, with an attached two car garage, nested on three acres of property. It is perfect for a family, couples, or friends for a weekend get away! The pictures speak for themselves!! This newly remodeled cabin comes new leather furniture, in house washer/dryer, electric fireplace and 55" TV with Roku capabilities.
