Sunny Waverley Studio with amazing harbour views

Our Waverley studio is light, sunny and modern with the most stunning harbour views. Wake up to the beautiful sunrise over the Otago peninsula. This unit gets all day sun, with fantastic views right down to the sea heads and back to the city. There is private access to the studio which is situated under our family home. It only has external access to the studio room. It is self contained with a fridge, jug, toaster, microwave, bathroom, wardrobe and a living space. It has a deluxe queen bed.

Private guest wing, The bedroom has its own ensuite bathroom & air con. Bedroom & Lounge have Smart TV's with Netflix. There is a kitchenette, with fridge & microwave. Bannockburn Hotel & Black Rabbit Café (Please check opening days & hours, as they vary with the seasons) are a short stroll from our gate Panoramic views of wineries, orchards & along the Kawarau river. 100 metres to the Lake Dunstan Cycle trail. Amazing mountain views above Gibbston' s famous winery area. High up away from the noisy road we have 5 acres of garden. Your apartment, with its own front door is attached to our home but feels very private. It is newly redecorated with an open plan kitchen, lounge, dining room. Two bedrooms both with shower ensuites , one a king bed and the other a king or 2 single beds. Enjoy our log burning fire or go outside and enjoy the outdoor brazier while sipping a local wine and stargazing.
