The property is perfectly situated so you can explore the area without needing a car. A beautiful river runs along the property, creating a peaceful atmosphere and a unique natural setting. The house features a large open living room, 2 bedrooms, and 1 bathroom, offering plenty of space to relax after a day at the beach.
