The house is fully furnished and renovated including an ensuite in the master bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen, two televisions, two fridges all in air-conditioned comfort. The massive 12m x 12m garage at the rear will store even the largest of boats up to 4m high along with all your vehicles. The laundry, 700L freezer and beer fridge out the back are perfectly located when you return from a big days fishing.

The house is situated close to the CBD of Ingham and Railway station. The Herbert River district is sugar cane growing district, so therefore sugar trains run 24/7 from mid June to end November so could be a little nosy. The house has two bedrooms, each with air-conditioning. Main bedroom has a queen bed, 2nd room has 2 king single beds. Kitchen and lounge is open set, with a double fold out lounge. Laundry is down stairs, yard is fully fenced. We are pet friendly.
