We welcome you to stay in our self contained studio, positioned on the ground floor of our home. If you’re concerned with noise, this perhaps isn’t the place for you as our living room is directly above the studio. We have a young family & 2 dogs who can be noisy at times. Generally from 8pm to 7am it’s quiet. The 1x bedroom studio features kitchen, bathroom, living space with aircon, an outdoor courtyard & roadside parking. It has its own private access, seperate from the main house entrance.

Bel Tramonto is Italian for "beautiful sunset" and there are plenty of those on offer at this peaceful and private rural retreat. Enjoy them from the secluded hot tub overlooking a native bush valley complete with waterfall. Within half an hour you can be at the beautiful beaches of Mt Maunganui & Papamoa or enjoying the tourism Mecca of Rotorua A 1650 hectare all terrain playground is five minutes away, offering a range of activities. Auckland is a 2.5 hour drive away or a 30 minute flight.

Relax with a drink looking out over bush & views to Mt Maunganui. Close to Tect Park walking trails, only 25 mins to Tauranga CBD, 45mins to Rotorua & mountain bike trails. Please note: there is NO Wi-Fi in the cabin as it is off grid. There is mobile phone coverage. Please follow check in instructions for how to find the cabin.
