A beautiful traditional house in the heart of Syros town, at the exclusive picturesque 'Vaporia' neighbourhood. The house is built on the rocks, with a unique view of the Aegean sea. It is built on four levels (many steps!) with private access to the seaside and a private open terrace. The two advertised, private rooms, are located on levels 3 and 4 and are accessible through the main entrance through level 1 (street level). The host family of two and a small dog and cat, live on levels 1 & 2.

Tinos Traditional Stone Studio

Το στούντιο είναι ένα παραδοσιακό πέτρινο οίκημα που βρίσκεται σε ένα κτήμα περιστοιχισμένο από δένδρα και λουλούδια. Η θέα προς Μύκονο, Δήλο και άλλα Αιγαιοπελαγίτικα Νησιά είναι μοναδική. Κοντά υπάρχουν πολλές οργανωμένες παραλίες καθώς και η γνωστή παραλία της Παχιά ΄Αμμου. Στην περιοχή υπάρχουν εστιατόρια-ταβέρνες, μινι μαρκετ . Δίπλα από το κτήμα βρίσκεται ένα από τα πολλά παραδοσιακά μονοπάτια του νησιού. Η απόσταση από το λιμάνι της Τήνου είναι περίπου 6 χιλιόμετρα.

If you wish to enjoy your holidays in a quiet, sunny, family friendly environment, you are at the right place. This is a fully refurbished house, only 150m away from Agios Fokas beach ( just 2 minutes away, on footβ) and 2km away from the centre of the town and the port of Tinos ( only 3-4 minutes distance by means of transport ). The accommodation is on the ground floor and accessible for our guests with mobility difficulties. A special chair is available for their shower.

One double bed in the bedroom, and 1 sofa bed in the living room, fully equipped kitchen (oven, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, 4-pits), bathroom with shower , washing machine, private terrace with chairs and table. The 1870 listed neoclassical town house lies in the heart of Ermoupolis. The entire second floor, saved for our guests, is a spacious and sunny suite with a spectacular view over the city and the Aegean sea. It consists of 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a living room with access to a balcony and a kitchen. On the third floor is a huge terrace. The space is perfect for families, couples or a group of friends and everything is at a very short walking distance.

Τα διαμερίσματα βρίσκονται στον Αγιο Ιωάννη Πορτο και απεχουν μολις 6 χιλιόμετρα απο την πολη της Τήνου. Σε πολυ κοντινή απόσταση υπάρχουν ταβέρνες, μινι μαρκετ και παιδότοπος. Ακριβώς απέναντι υπαρχει σταση του κτελ με συχνότητα δρομολογίων ανα 1 ωρα. Η παραλια απέχει 400 μετρα.
