This fully renovated Bungalow is withing walking distance to the beach and many near by restaurants. This cozy house has all the Amenities of home. This is in a very quiet part of the neighborhood. there is absolutely no smoking or vapein the house if caught will forfeit security deposit I may allow a pet depending on breed with a $70 pet fee. No one under age of 25 unless accompanied by parents.. . $15 per night per person charge more than 4 guests. Master has an adjustable queen size bed.

See and hear the ocean from the front and back yard of this house. Everything is new. Enjoy great ocean views on no-driving beach, 1 hr. from Orlando. Ideal for couple. Small pet may be ok (must be contained to house and our yard). Had an unexpected cancellation due to tenant illness for January 2026.
