This cozy cottage with loft on water front, $65 dollars per nights, Two night minimum is required. We have week or month reservations. Depending on availability there is rental of (2) paddle boats (2) kayaks (1) two man canoe (1) Row Boat, and dock space rental for personal water craft. Travel to Burlington airport is one hour and Montreal airports is two hours. The cottage is centrally located between major ski areas, 30 minutes to Jay Peak Resort, Stowe Resort, and Smugglers Notch Resort.

Our three bedroom farmhouse is tucked on a quiet corner of the property, though guests still enjoy easy access to all of The Village Inn's amenities including the sauna. Featuring stainless appliances and granite countertops as well as three bedrooms, this is a spacious and peaceful place to call home! We love all dogs and your well behaved pet is welcome The house is very comfortable, with all utilities big and small including coffee machine, nespresso machine, food processor, etc Jay Peak is the best ski resort of the East, guaranteed the best snow no matter the conditions. Great for skiing and snowboarding, on the slopes and in the glades.

Just under 10 miles from Jay Peak Resort (15 to 20 min. drive), and 9.5 miles to Newport, this is a tranquil spot to launch your hiking or biking trip, or your alpine ski trip. XC skiing is available at Jay Peak, and in Newport on the Memphremagog Ski Trails. We are 5.6 miles from Quebec. The guest house is also a great place to simply unwind and rest. It is not an appropriate space for children.
