Only 10 minutes to Jay Peak Ski Resort. Secluded in the woods right next to Starr Brook, yet only a 2 min drive to the Jay Village Inn restaurant and bar and the Jay Country Store. Fire pit with cooking grate next to the brook you are welcome to use weather permitting. Great hiking, biking trails, snow showing and Nordic skiing minutes away. Our 2nd guesthouse is a 2nd floor unit in a detached house. Close to many local activities, including Kingdom Trails mountain biking, VAST snowmobiling, Burke Mountain Resort and beautiful Lake Willoughby. The full kitchen includes a refrigerator/freezer, range with oven, toaster, coffee pot, silverware, glassware, and cookware. The bathroom has an upright shower, and full linens and towels are provided. We invite you to come stay with us and spend time seeing what Northern Vermont has to offer.

Our North East Kingdom home is devided into two apartments. This 2nd floor apt has a master bedroom, living area with a fold out futon, Roku TV and dinner table, a full bathroom with standing shower and a hotel style kitchen including a coffee maker, coffee, toaster, hot water kettle, microwave/convection oven and common cutlery & kitchen necessities. During the warmer seasons there is a front yard, fire pit and multiple gardens to explore. Less than 10 minutes from the Craftsbury outdoor center

The House of the Setting Sun is a great place to rest, relax & re-energize. Located in a family friendly neighborhood, while still within walking distance to restaurants & close to downtown Newport. The apt has its own dedicated WiFi, easy for working remotely. Downstairs is a room with a ping pong/pool table. You will have your own deck, where you can sit & enjoy a cup of coffee to begin your day or unwind with a glass of wine as the sun sets. Hosts on site and ready to assist if needed.
