Spring Beach Getaway is a beautiful holiday house on the East Coast of Tasmania, just 1-hour drive from Hobart, across the road from Spring Beach with beautiful views to Maria Island. Perfect for couples and families, it sleeps up to eight guests. It’s a fully self-contained house giving you everything you need for that perfect beach getaway. Minutes’ drive from Orford, and less than two hours’ drive to Freycinet National Park, with plenty of beautiful scenery and wineries along the way.

Tawny is a custom built Tiny House, whose name is inspired by the elusive Tawny Frogmouth who live in the area. We live next door, but the Studio has been positioned to ensure your privacy. You have your own beachfront spot to relax on a deckchair. Dolphin Sands is a beautiful beach and offers endless walking and swimming opportunities. Swansea is a 30 minute walk by beach or 10 minutes by car.

With every booking we offer a complementary bottle of Tasmanian wine, sparkling or juice . Blackshack Orford is a lovely modern and relaxing holiday home just one hours drive from Hobart. You instantly feel “at home” at the blackshack. Please Note: Our very last booking weekend will be the 5th June 2026 to allow us to prepare for the sale of our Airbnb/home. Hopefully we can sell as an ongoing business so that you can all still enjoy this amazing space

Luxury Beach House, Orford 3 Bedroom modern holiday home in a wonderful central position in Orford, Gateway to the East Coast of Tasmania. Less than 200 metres from Shelly Beach, less than 200 metres from the inlet, and even closer to the newsagent, supermarket, cafes and restaurants. The house has three double bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a central large family room, including a well equipped kitchen, Linen and doonas, luxury towels and beach towels.
