Enjoy fishing, biking, hiking, and unique shops downtown. One minute walk to Columbine park. Fully stocked kitchen with keriug maker with coffee pods, cold brew coffee maker, tea and bottled water. Private back yard with fruit trees and lots of seating outdoors. Portable crib for rent. Long term renters welcome.

Experience the feel of staying in Old Mexico while being footsteps to downtown Grand Junction. Please note that this is a basement apartment, and you may hear footsteps/people above. A fully equipped modern kitchen, laundry, a workspace and a very comfortable mattress in the bedroom. relax in the backyard featuring a Shared Gazebo, Firepit and BBQ. Off street parking. However, we added extra insulation in the ceiling and extra thick padding under the carpet in the rooms above the bedroom!

Please note this home is kept comfortably cool with an evaporative cooler, not AC.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. After a long day in the outdoors enjoy a nice warm bath with bath salts (provided) then slip into the plush robe to have a nice cup of tea. Cook a nice meal with the fully stocked kitchen. Coffee, tea, creamers, sugar, spices, bottled water, and laundry soap all provided. Close to hiking, downtown, biking, CMU, and the hospital. Everything brand new - paint, gorgeous hard wood floors, brand new kitchen, brand new bath with marble tile. Thoughtful touches throughout. Close to everything Grand Junction has to offer.

Sleeping accommodations are 1 queen bed separate but not private from living room area and sofa bed. Sofa pillows remove to become "twin" size bed Suitable for 3 adults max or 2 adults 2 children. Not suitable for toddlers.
