This luxe contemporary art inspired 1 bedroom nonsmoking/vaping) downstairs adults only apartment that is packed with very bold colors and is situated in an urban core Murray Hill/ Riverside area and is close to downtown, the interstates and the trendy restaurant district! This is a self-contained one-bedroom apartment that is part of an upstairs downstairs duplex. This is Florida and we do have bugs. We have monthly service but occasionally one gets inside. That doesn’t mean the unit is dirty!

Tired of taking out the trash, and stripping the bed at most Airbnbs? Our quiet and cozy suite is centrally located in the historic Springfield district, next to downtown Jacksonville. And, the front porch is exclusive for our guests. There is a stocked Keurig, as well as a refrigerator and microwave, but no kitchen.
