This is a classic 1960's beach house with brand new windows, doors, floors, kitchen, bathrooms, paint, furnishings, appliances - you name it. We are super proud of the finished look and know it will make a wonderful home away from home! Style is an eclectic mix of beachy mid-century and maximalism (read: FUN). Must be 25 to book. Do not book this for your kids. Owner managed with attention to detail.

Perched on a hilltop with Amazing Views, Our place is walking distance from CSU of Fullerton and Fullerton Arboretum. We are located off the 57 fwy and a 20 min drive to Disneyland! It is a tiny cottage with modern amenities and although the cottage is detached from the main home, there is a cottage directly below, where you may hear noise if occupied. You may never see us, but available if needed. Enjoy a tranquil space with sounds of morning birds, outdoor fountains and a dog!

The property is in a fantastic location in the middle of downtown Costa Mesa. Enjoy the convenience of walking a few minutes to have access to great food, shopping, entertainment, and public amenities such as a public library, pool, and park. The entrance/exit to the freeway is down the street, the beach is less than 2 miles away, we are 20 minutes from Disneyland, or enjoy a short walk to Triangle Square with a vibrant nightlife, theater, bowling, or In-n-Out across the street!
