Grunt se nalazi nedaleko od 5 termalnih toplica u blizini nekoliko dvoraca, a daleko od gradske užurbanosti. Kuća je smještena na zagorskom bregu, okružena je vinogradima i šumama. Svake godine okućnica je uređivana te je posađeno raznih vrsta ruža, lukovica, ukrasnog grmlja i drveća, ali i voćki. Kuća pruža kapacitet za 4 osobe ali uz pomoćne krevete može ugostiti i 6 osoba. Opremljena je sa svim potrebnim kuhinjskim pomagalima da pruži ugodan boravak. Primili smo oznaku Stay safe in Croatia.
