Relax in a pleasant holiday house "Olive garden" only 50m from the sea! This is an alone standing house in 400 m2 lot and you would be there alone, no other tourists and no owners. It is located on the cape of a small, peaceful bay, Donja Krušica, surrounded by olive trees and sea. This small cozy house is with accompanying facilities such as a terrace, garden, parking area, secured play area for children and pets, barbecue, and all that with a beautiful panoramic view of the sea and Split.

Enjoy your stay on a little Mediterranean island! Spend the lazy summer afternoons in a private pool and warm summer evenings in a Jacuzzi. Note that both are shared with other guests on our property. You will be hosted by a beekeeper family on a honey farm, so you can learn a thing or two about making honey! Peaceful enviroment with only few houses in the neighbourhood offers a perfect vacation for couples with, or without children. - We use solar panels in house. - Beside the house there are two private parking spots. - The closest grocery shop is in neighboring village, 10 minute drive away.

This old stone house is close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit. Hidden in the back street, just above the main square, you will be just next to the sea, but also close to shops and restaurants. Thick walls will keep you cool and the signature tree of bougainvillea will hide you from the summer sun. The house has been totally renovated and refurbished this spring and happily awaits new guests.
