The Istrian peninsula 'Terra magica' lies on the Adriatic sea which is the closest warm sea to the heart of Europe. Rabac, 'The Pearl of the Kvarner Bay', is situated on the eastern part of the peninsula. Town Pazin is only 12 km away with its fascinating picture of the medieval Castle of Pazin (Kaštel). Kućica je prvenstveno bila namijenjena za uživanje obitelji u njoj i ugošćavanje prijatelja uz kamin,dobru hranu,vino i vatricu. Zato i ima veeeliki stol i klupe. Uredili smo ju po svom guštu, sav namještaj izrađen je od drva. Pri uređenju se nismo vodili time da sve mora biti usklađeno i da paše već time da nama bude lijepo,ugodno i funkcionalno. Kako smo s vremenom došli na ideju da bismo mogli iznajmljivati, nadamo se da će i svim gostima koji se zateknu u njoj biti isto tako lijepo i ugodno.

Located just steps away from the charming medieval hilltop village of Gračišće, the apartment has lovely views of the countryside and rolling hills. A shaded parking spot is available free of charge in front of the apartment. Free Wi-Fi is available in the apartment. The interior of the apartment is pleasant, but if necessary, air conditioning is available with agreement and permission from the host.

This little semi-detached house is located in old town of Pićan. Only 45 m2, but with good layout. The ground floor consists of living room, dining room, kitchen and bathroom. Upstairs are bedroom and extra room which can be study room or a multi-purpose room or whatever my guests decide. Old town Pićan doesn't have many residents so silence and relaxation are guaranteed. :)
