Warm holiday home in small quiet village Kostrena. Kostrena is famous of its history of capitans and sailors. Therefor, our house was home to many generations of seaman through 300 years of its existence but is fully renovated. Fully equiped kitchen, living room with sofa that can be converted into bed for 2 persons (135×200cm), diningroom. On the second floor there is 1 full bathroom and 2 bedroms. One bedroom with bed for one person (90×200cm) and other with bed for 2 persons (160×200cm).

This charming old stone house is a perfect place to stay for couples who preffer non crowded romantic, rustic small coastal towns. It has two spacious suites ( 70 square meters each ) and inside garden patio. The house has a long history and it is a part of Old Town Bakar. It is a perfect starting point for exploring meny interesting, just under 30 min drive, destinations, such as island of Krk ( beautifull beaches ) , Risnjak national park ( woodlands ), Opatija, Crikvenica, boat tours...

Opustite se u ovom ugodnom i lijepo uređenom smještaju. Moderni smještaj savršen je odabir za parove a smješten je u turističkom predjelu Kostrena u neposrednoj blizini grada Rijeke. U blizini se nalazi šetnica duga 3,5km uz more te s velikim brojem raznih plaža, kao što su šljunčane, betonske, intimne u uvalama te plaže za pse. Kostrena je mirno mjesto bez buke i gužvi, a sva gradske gradske potrebe su obližnjem gradu Rijeka, udaljenom 15 min vožnje.

Studio In a Stone House With Garden

Ideal for young people who do not want to spend a lot of money for accomodation an are not too demanding. Due to thick stone walls, the studio is always fresh. You will enjoy the view from the garden situated next to the house, 20 meters from the studio. Door windows, not classical windows, might be an issue for some people, if so, book another property of mine.
