Im Außenbereich ist eine überdachte Terrasse mit Essplatz, Grill und Loungebereich sowie der beheizbare Pool und eine Solardusche. Das uneinsehbare Grundstück wird durch eine Mauer eingegrenzt.

Kuća je smještena u selu Karnevali, najbliži grad Žminj udaljen je manje od 10 minuta vožnje, dok će vam do najbliže plaže trebati oko 30 minuta autom. Ujutro će vas buditi kukurikanje pijetla, a tijekom dana možete sresti koze, krave i magarce koji će vas pozdraviti s druge strane ograde.
