Large covered deck with barbecue kitchen and gazebos in back of house. Views of the lake from most windows. Walking distance to stores, park, beach. Boat launch available along with Paddle boat rentals. Private basement suite is occupied.

Custom kitchen, Sauna, GYM, A/C, Spa like en-suite with walk in shower & soaker tub. Further elements include a king and queen bed, in suite laundry, UG parking (small cars & SUVs), Coffee Maker, Fireplace etc.

Spring Lake is located 30 minutes west of Edmonton and has so much to offer for that little getaway from the city but still within a 13 minute drive from all amenities. 5 minute drive from public lake access where you can paddle board in the summer and ice fish in the winter. Enjoy a quiet weekend in the country!

Private, pet friendly suite - no cleaning fee!

This basement suite is self-contained, has its own separate entrance, and has all the necessary items to become your home away from home! Please note you will have to utilize the exterior stairs and interior stairs to access the suite. Pets are welcome! Please let us know if your furry friend will be coming with you so that we can prepare for their arrival. It is a peaceful place with all you need to give yourself a well deserved rest. There is an exercise room with the basics if that is a must for your out of town stays.
