We as owners have built this house ourselves to suit our families needs with a large shower, bunks in the children’s room with separate TV for movies, outdoor shower for sandy feet, open plan living with wrap around deck. Bifolding doors for easy inside/outside flow onto huge sunny front lawn, and now we include the spa for guests. 2km (15 min walk) from the famous Onetangi beach, restaurants & plenty of coffee cafés. Charming studio with amazing sea views

Charming 1 bed self-contained studio overlooking Onetangi Beach. The north-facing deck has sweeping views towards the Coromandel Peninsular and a hot tub for guests exclusive use. The studio stands separate from the owners residence and gets all-day sun, and has a recently refurbished bathroom. If you are not coming by car we recommend that you hire a car so that you can get to vineyards,restaurants and places of interest on the island. Electric bikes can also be hired from Onya bikes.

Sandhana

The ultimate Waiheke experience this stylish house is only 100 metres from Huruhi Bay, and it’s a short walk to Little Oneroa and the Oneroa village shops and restaurants. So you have the advantage of being in the quieter end of town, but not far from the action. The perfect place to relax and unwind it is regularly used as a yoga retreat space and has a state of the art infrared sauna, cold plunge and hot tub making it the obvious choice for those that value health and wellness.

It has a lounge with a Queen sofa bed, dining room table, full size fridge/freezer, your own private bathroom and a separate queen bedroom with kitchenette. There is a separate entranceway with off street parking. Located close to two family safe beaches and Howick Village. There are plenty of options for cafes, shopping and walking tracks. We are happy to share our wonderful environment.

You’ll feel safe, secure, and completely at ease in our peaceful pocket of the island. If your preferred dates aren’t available, check our other listing—we have 2 identical studios here at Fleetwood. Note it is an outdoor bath tub, not a spa pool. More hygienic - fresh water & no chemicals.
