Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. This 2 bedroom, 1 1/2 bath ranch has an open layout with the kitchen, dining area, and living room all open to one another. The master bedroom is huge with a newly installed king size bed, desk, and comfortable chair. The master bathroom has a shower with seat, no tub. The master bathroom can be accessed from the hallway as well. The second bedroom has 2 twin beds. The couch in the living room has a pull out bed as well.

Bring the whole family to enjoy a quiet location minutes from Utica, New York. Utica and the surrounding area offer many attractions for the whole family. The neighborhood is a nice place to take a walk, with views overlooking Utica from the south. Hosts are across the street, in case you need anything to make your stay more enjoyable. Finished in wall-to-wall pine and a fireplace for that cozy cabin ambiance. Enjoy the new outdoor Hot Tub! Mudroom for ATV or snow gear. Snowmobile Trail directly behind Cabin! Only a few miles to ATV trail access! Conveniently located near town for all your needs. Private/plentiful parking + garage.

Come relax and unwind in our newly renovated cottage! Set on 2 acres overlooking the hills and valleys of beautiful Central New York, you'll feel a million miles away in this exquisite 1200 sq ft home. A 5 minute walk brings you to Chittenango Falls Park, with its majestic waterfall and lots of trails. The property is bordered by a ravine on one side and a NYS walking trail that follows an old rail line on the other. The historic Village of Cazenovia is 4 miles away

Bright living, dining, and two guest rooms located on first floor reflect welcome with lovely décor. In the bathroom you will find everything you need for a comfortable stay: towels, shampoo, body gel, vanity kit items and blow dryer. Washer and Dryer for laundry available upon request.

Modern Ranch

Why stay at a hotel when you and your family could stay at this updated ranch style home. This is in a peaceful neighborhood with a private yard. There are two bedrooms (queen beds) each with Roku TV's. The third bedroom was converted to office space in case you want to work with privacy.
