The Riverview Nook in Downtown!

Stylish 2 bed, 2.5 bath cottage, walking distance to the beautiful Manatee river and historic downtown Bradenton. Only a 20 minute drive to Anna Maria Island and neighbors major cities, Tampa and Sarasota. A cozy house, with stunning professional interior design. Clean-ability was highly prioritized with this home, with virtually every surface, from the couch covers to the duvet inserts being washable, or bleach-able. Be advised the third bed is a pullout bed in the living room!

Heated Pool (No Cleaning Fee)

Solar heated plunge pool (14' X 18' small) Not so warm in cold weather with over night in the 40's or 50's. Located 11 miles from Bradenton Beach, 30 minutes (15.5 miles) from Anna Maria Island and 12 minutes from IMG. Our home is on a small private lake.. 3rd bedroom is an office with a queen sleeper sofa. We do not have cable TV; we use streaming services and a local antenna for reception. There is a whole house filtration/water softener installed for great quality water.

Centrally located between St. Petersburg and Siesta Key. This kid friendly community offers many amenities such as Pickle ball, swimming pool, shuffle board, horseshoes and gym on site. Stay a few days or a few months! Snow birds are welcome! Only 3.3 miles to Sarasota Airport.

Welcome to my original 1925 Casita, built in the heyday of the John Ringling era. We are centrally located between Sarasota, Lakewood Ranch, and Bradenton, making it an ideal place to explore all the area has to offer. Getting around is easy since we are located very close to the Ringling Museum of Art. Plus, it is only a short 15-minute drive to downtown Lido Beach and St. Armands Circle.
