Perfectly situated right on the Te Araroa Trail, this is your ideal base for access to beautiful coastlines, gorgeous beaches and impressive local walks. The famous Mt Manaia trail is accessed right from the property, as is Mt Aubrey and the local coastal loop walk.  The cottage is situated on an acre of land which includes grassy areas, native trees and  a small pond. It's a short walk down the road to a small beach with old pohutukawa trees.

There is no hob or oven but there is an Air fryer, toaster, microwave toasted sandwich machine etc the kitchenette is fully equipped with a dining set, knife's forks etc. The kitchenette has its own sink. There is an outdoor covered BBQ in your own private area, please clean BBQ after use.

Thistle Do Beach Bach is located meters off State Highway 1 at Ruakaka. The open plan lounge and kitchen has large windows and doors that allow maximum light and airflow, while the doors open onto a sun drenched deck with gas BBQ and outdoor setting. Inside the kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need, including fridge/freezer, microwave, cooktop, electric frypan and dishwasher.
