We can offer you long walking paths around the house, visiting our animals, trying our home made products and so one. Our family is a big fan of rural lifestyle and agriculture. Unique, traditional stone and wood house, completely renovated in such a way as to retain its originality, with lots of rustic details. The house offers very romantic, warm and cozy atmosphere. It spreads on two floors with open space kitchen, dining and living room, 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. In the garden there is a private swimming pool, heated in April, May, June, September and October. The house is situated in the very centre of the small village of Pinezići, 700 meters from the beach.

In the walking distance there is a market, post office, caffe bar and restaurant. The house is situated in a very peaceful and quiet area, suitable for completely relaxed holidays. Prostrani apartman od 70 m² u mirnom Križišću, idealan za obitelj. Nudi dvije udobne spavaće sobe, potpuno opremljenu kuhinju, dnevni boravak s 65" Smart TV-om (besplatan Netflix), kupaonicu te perilicu i sušilicu rublja. Dostupni su klima uređaj, besplatni Wi-Fi i parkiranje. Plaža je udaljena 5 minuta vožnje. Check-in od 16:00, check-out do 12:00. Pušenje i kućni ljubimci nisu dozvoljeni. U blizini su biciklističke staze, planinarske rute i kulturne znamenitosti otoka Krka.

You will love this small, cozy house because of it's location near the beach and the city centre (both a 5 minute walk). Since the house is self-standing, you will be able to enjoy your privacy. I offer also a parking space. The place has air conditiong to cool you down in the hot summer days. You can enjoy a nice cup of coffee with the view of the city walls from the terrace.

Dnevni boravak i kuhinja nalaze se u prizemlju, a spavaća soba na katu. Spavaća soba ima izlaz na terasu s prekrasnim pogledom na more. Blizina mora i grada ovu kućicu čini posebnom. Dobrodošli!
