Holiday House Ursa with heated pool, 700m to beach

Unique, traditional stone and wood house, completely renovated in such a way as to retain its originality, with lots of rustic details. The house offers very romantic, warm and cozy atmosphere. It spreads on two floors with open space kitchen, dining and living room, 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. In the garden there is a private swimming pool, heated in April, May, June, September and October. The house is situated in the very centre of the small village of Pinezići, 700 meters from the beach.

Villa Martina is part of whole Villa Bellevue, however it is completely separate house with it's own spaces. House has a private parking enclosed with automatic driveway gate and house wall. Private garden consists of outdoor BBQ, playground for children and unique dog house for pets. Apartment is situated in stone house in the heart of the Vrbnik old town. The house is newly renovated in modern style with a touch of interested details. Space is completely eqipped with everything we think you might need during your stay here. We look forward to seeing you and hope our place will be home to you. Enjoy your stay with 10 minutes walking distance from the beach and only few minutes from the restaurants, grocery stores, bakery and coffee bar.

Apartment very close to the beach

Omišalj has picturesque historic centre, which is located on an 85-metre-high cliff and is possible to explore an exceptional cultural and historical heritage and experience the spirit of times gone by. Apartment is 3 km away from the centre, but close to the beach, small grocerie shop and a small fitness park. The housewarming is very quiet and safe, perfect for guests that prefer peace. Big cities like Rijeka and Krka are 25 km away.

Villa Jelena

Villa Jelena is an indigenous coastal house, completely isolated on a property of 20,000 m2. It is one of the few villas that stretches to the sea. 150 meters from the property there is the beautiful bay of Dumbocca with crystal clear sea and white pebbles.The natural environment with 200 olive trees provides guests with a pleasant and intimate atmosphere. Until 01. 06. and from 01. 10 pool heating is charged 100 euros per week.

You will love this small, cozy house because of it's location near the beach and the city centre (both a 5 minute walk). Since the house is self-standing, you will be able to enjoy your privacy. I offer also a parking space. The place has air conditiong to cool you down in the hot summer days. You can enjoy a nice cup of coffee with the view of the city walls from the terrace.

If you are looking for a holiday home with an extraordinary panoramic view, this is a home to be. The house provides perfect privacy as it is totally surrounded by trees. Take in the beauty of the nature and enjoy the pool ( 42m2 ) with a magical view. The closest beach is Jadranovo (1,9 km) and in 3 min by car you will be on the bridge to Krk or the freeway entrance.

Studio In a Stone House With Garden

Ideal for young people who do not want to spend a lot of money for accomodation an are not too demanding. Due to thick stone walls, the studio is always fresh. You will enjoy the view from the garden situated next to the house, 20 meters from the studio. Door windows, not classical windows, might be an issue for some people, if so, book another property of mine.

Comfortable and cosy apartment in the center of the town and only few steps from the beaches, from the market-place, supermarket, shops,bars, restaurants and in the same time offers privacy and tranquility in the big park full of beautiful palms.
