Only 200m to the boat ramp to access the beautiful Bay of Islands. 15 minutes to supplies in Kerikeri or Waipapa. 8 minutes to Doves Bay marina. Little ones can swim at high tide at the reserve. A sunny 2 bedroom 2 bathroom house in the centre of town. Only 1 min drive and easy walk to the main shopping area of town. Two outside decked areas to enjoy coffee or a few drinks. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, and families (with kids). We have easy access to the property with a lock up double garage plus off street parking (even for a boat). The beach is only a short walk from the house. We live in a house on the same property so we are always available to help with any questions you have. Surfboards and boogie boards are available for use free of charge.
