You have a separate entrance to the apartment and parking is completely free. The apartment is on the 2nd floor and is of course also accessible by elevator. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine (Nespresso), kettle and toaster. Cutlery, glasses, dishes and cooking utensils are also provided. Salt, pepper & olive oil are available too, so you can start cooking right away. The bathroom has a shower cubicle. Everything you'd want from home is here as well: hairdryer, towels, shower gel and shampoo. You'll feel right at home here, even during a longer stay. You're welcome to wash, dry and iron your own laundry here. Make yourself comfortable on the spacious sofa and enjoy a cozy movie night. Or grab the board games from the cupboard and play a round of "Mensch ärgere dich nicht" (a classic German board game) with your loved ones. You can have breakfast and dinner in the dining area, which seats four (and can also be used as a workspace), or at the open kitchen counter. The bakery is right outside your door. Even though the nearest drink store is just around the corner, you won't have to carry heavy crates, there's a SodaStream for you to use. You won't hear any noise from the pedestrian zone and can truly switch off and relax.

Penthouse-Wohnung mit Flussblick

The apartment has 80 square meters and a terrace. There is a master bedroom with a large bed and fitted wardrobes. The main room offers a living area, a dining area and a fully equipped open kitchen (kitchenette) with a small portafilter machine for loose coffee and capsules (e.g. Illy), a filter coffee machine, a toaster and a kettle. Another bedroom can be separated from the main room with a sliding door. Here there is a folding bed for 2 people, fitted wardrobes, a sofa and a TV and direct access to the terrace. A main bathroom with walk-in shower and WC and a guest bathroom with WC lead off the hallway.

The Nest is a cozy, centrally located holiday apartment on the third floor of a listed villa, offering special charm and wide views over the rooftops and gardens of Oldenburg. It accommodates up to four guests and is situated on a quiet bicycle street, just a five-minute walk from the historic old town. The bright apartment features a daylight bathroom, a spacious king-size bed (180×200) and a comfortable sofa bed (140×200). Our guests love the location, the quiet surrounding and the cozy bed.

Es wartet eine farbenfrohe, 2021 renovierte Nichtraucher-Ferienwohnung mit sep. Eingang auf euch. Die Wohnung ist ruhig gelegen, stadtnah und geräumig (65qm). Das Zentrum erreicht ihr in ca. 15 Gehminuten oder ihr lauft 2 Min. bis zur Bushaltestelle. Die Wohnung eignet sich für 2-4 Personen, es gibt ein Schlafz. und eine Schlafcouch im Wohnz. Außerdem nutzt ihr eine Küche, ein Bad, Essz., einen Flur und einen Abstellraum. Ein Kinder-Reisebett und Hochstuhl stehen euch auf Wunsch zur Verfügung.

HeDo wohnen im City-Altbau

Unsere Ferienwohung ist citynah und ruhig gelegen, per Bahn, Bus, Auto oder sonstige Verkehrsmittel gut zu erreichen. Es sind gerade mal 1000 m bis zur Innenstadt, 2 km bis zum Bahnhof, 2 km bis zum Olantis-Huntebad und ca. 2 km bis zum Drielaker See. In unmittelbarer Nähe befinden sich 2 Discountmärkte, 2 Apotheken, 4 Bäcker, diverse Cafes´, eine Postfiliale, 3 Kirchen (Glockengeläut kaum hörbar) und diverse Arztpraxen. Die Wohnung befindet sich im Erdgeschoss mit nur einer Höhenstufe.

Zentral und modern "Unter der Linde"

Eine helle, schöne Wohnung, bei der sich Theater und Innenstadt gleich um die Ecke befinden? Das evangelische Krankenhaus, das Pius Hospital, Kulturzentrum PFL und das Horst-Janßen-Museum sollen schnell erreichbar sein? Kultursommer am Schlossplatz und das Schwimmbad genießen, Tretboot fahren oder einfach nur im Schlossgarten die Enten füttern und im Eversten Holz seine Laufzeit verbessern? Dann seid Ihr hier genau richtig, denn alles ist innerhalb von 5-10 Minuten zu Fuß zu schaffen.

Meine Unterkunft ist in der Nähe von Innenstadt, Bahnhof fußläufig 10 Minuten, Restaurants und Nachtleben Oldenburgs sind also ganz nah dran :-). Du wirst meine Unterkunft lieben wegen des morgendlichen Vogelgeszwitschers und viel grün druherum, obwohl du mitten in der Stadt bist. Die Dachterasse wirst du auch zu schätzen wissen. In unsrerer Straße wohnen nur liebe Leute. Meine Unterkunft ist gut für Paare, Alleinreisende Abenteurer, Geschäftsreisende und Familien (mit Kindern).

This gorgeous, fully equipped non-smoking apartment (84 sqm / fully renovated 2012) is easily located in the basement feeling (completely with daylight) in a listed villa (built 1910) in the Ziegelhofviertel. It offers plenty of space for 2 people (plus sofa bed in the living room + a comfortable extra bed for one person each = 4 persons). Very tastefully furnished with all the comforts of a modern apartment you live here in the heart of Oldenburg!
