Suwanerenity

Check out this beautiful 2 bed/2bath escape situated at the end of a long private driveway on the tip of a secluded peninsula, and sandwiched between the majestic Suwanee river and a lovely cypress swamp. House is a comfortable 2/2 on a half acre with 270ft of Suwanee river frontage. Suwanerenity is also conveniently located within view of Fanning Springs park, Anderson boat ramp, and Suwaneebell restaurant, while still maintaining an atmosphere of seclusion and serenity. Relax with the whole family or a group of friends at this peaceful place to stay. The property is in quiet neighborhood off the beaten path with beautiful moss-laden oaks. There is a path that winds through the 4.5 acres. See pictures for more amenities. The home is 3 bedrooms & 2 baths. Master has King Sleep Number bed. Second bedroom/Sitting room has Full size futon. Third bedroom has Queen TemperPedic adjustable bed. Bright well-stocked kitchen for special occasions.

Beautiful, 3 bedroom, 2 bath home located on the historic Suwannee River. Get away from it all. Easy access to Fanning Springs (1.5 miles up river) and Manatee Springs (7 miles down river). Bring a boat, or two 2-person kayaks available for use. Great views from the deck and dock that overhangs the river. Very peaceful. Please note this is a rural area, it's wooded and can be dark. Get unplugged for a few days and enjoy the peaceful surroundings of the Suwannee River.
