BIG TERRACE AND AMAZING VIEW

This brand new apartment is located just besides to the entrance to the Old City. Just few steps and you are in the city or on the beach. Apartment has a big terrace and beautiful view on the sea, city walls and island Lokrum. It is also near to cable that goes to the mountain Srđ. To the main street Stradun you need just 1 minute, all souvenir shops, coffee bars and restaurants and reallly close. Near apartment you have bus number 10 that goes to little town Cavtat which is great to visit. For one day trip is really nice and relaxing. Also boat to island Lokrum is close and Lokrum must be seen, nature there is great, you have botanic garden and many nice places to swim, not so crowded. It has a one double bed bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and living room with two sofa beds. Internet, air condition and all equipment you need for you stay. After enjoying the pool and exploring the city enjoy the day in a private boat trip that we are offering on our speed boat around Dubrovnik Elaphite islands and the Old Town. Swim in sandy beaches, caves, snorkel in a clear sea and have a lunch in nice fish restaurants. After all take a nice picture of panorama of Dubrovnik Old town from the sea and have a nice memory from Dubrovnik. The apartment is perched on a small hill in Montovjerna, offering stunning views of the Adriatic Sea. Dubrovnik's Old Town is around a five-minute drive away, while the nearest beach, Bellevue, is around 300 metres away.

Olive studio is a brand new apartment located in a quiet street in the center of the Old Town, close to all cultural events and tourist facilities. Prijeko Street, known for its best restaurants, is 50 steps away, while the main street Stradun is 100m away from the apartment. This studio apartment is fully equipped for a comfortable stay for two people. It is air conditioned and equipped with Wi Fi connection. Our apartment is a cozy studio apartment 25 sq.m. (237 sq ft.). Apartment has 1 bedroom with 1 double bed which are actually two twin beds one right next to the other. Small kitchen (2 hotplates) with dining table. Bathroom w/ shower/ en-suite/WC. Very large PRIVATE terrace (100 sq.m. or 1075 sq ft.) reserved just for you, offering spectacular views of the sea, Old City, Island of Lokrum. For guests arriving with a car, parking is included free of charge in our private parking spot.

The apartment is bright, airy and modern with all the modern conveniences and comforts.

This lovely one bedroom apartment has everything you need. It is close to many wonderful beaches and a newly opened cinema, grocery shop. Bakery and pizzeria are right across the street, in the Dvori Lapad complex. The apartment is separated from the main house on 1st floor. There is a kitchen, dining room, bathroom, double bedroom, and a terrace. The apartment is equipped with air conditioning, TV and wireless internet.

Nave Apartment

Nave is a completely new apartment located in a quiet neighbourhood of Ploče. It is 7-10 min. of walking distance from the Old Town and Banje beach is just down the street. With all amenities inside the apartment we made sure our two guests can have a relaxing stay whether it is by sipping wine on the balcony overlooking the Old Town, Lokrum Island and the sea or inside the apartment under the AC gazing at the sea.
