The villa is well laid out, consisting of three separate apartments with private entrances – ideal for three families or groups of friends. It is always rented as a whole, ensuring complete privacy. The maximum capacity is 11 beds + 2 extra beds. All apartments are fully equipped with a kitchen, bathroom, and a balcony or terrace.

The villa is just 200m from the nearest beach and 4km from Trogir, the delightful UNESCO World Heritage town with its many restaurants, bars and shops. Beach is 200m away.

Apartment consists of two bedrooms, bathroom , spacious living room with dining area and kitchen. Villa Seaview is located in quiet area and it is surrounded with family houses. Villa provides additional security for guests since the outer parrt of the object (including parking) is under video surveillance.
