Within half an hour you can be at the beautiful beaches of Mt Maunganui & Papamoa or enjoying the tourism Mecca of Rotorua A 1650 hectare all terrain playground is five minutes away, offering a range of activities. Auckland is a 2.5 hour drive away or a 30 minute flight.

Inside our spacious newly renovated Black Cottage, you have a small full kitchen with farmhouse sink, large fridge/freezer, gas cooktop, microwave, air fryer, and Nespresso. In the lounge area there’s a smart screen tv- Netflix . Through the slider barn door to a large bedroom with plush king bed, laden with luxury linen and a walk in wardrobe leaving you ample space,+ comfortable reading chair. Walk though to the walk in tile shower, handbasin and toilet- there is also a Laundry in your room.

Located in the centre of the North Island, this Hobbit-styled accommodation offers privacy and peace. You need to have a break on your way north or south? Rest up at our brand new self-contained unit in quiet, rural setting, just outside Tirau. Only 25 minutes to Hobbiton, 15 min. to amazing Waihou Blue Springs and 2 minutes to Tirau, with unique coffee shops and lovely boutique stores. We have just moved in next door ourselves, and are still finishing the landscaping around our lovely home. Come and repose!
