Slow down and enjoy mountain views and breezes from your private deck. Try this condo in our off season (spring to fall) and enjoy a quiet place when your not out exploring WV. In winter, ski in and out from this condo onto the slopes of Winterplace Ski Resort. This condo is located on the second floor and the deck overlooks the 'Last Chance' and 'Last Run' trails. It is also close to Beckley and Princeton, Summit Bechtel Family National Scout Reserve and southern WV whitewater country. During the ski season, we offer discounted equipment rentals for all of our guests. The condo sleeps up to 10, great for a large family or a couple of small families with separate bathrooms or for those that just want some space and privacy that you can't get in a hotel. The living room consist of an electric fireplace and long range views out the sliding glass doors and out onto the slopes. The master bedroom has a queen bed with a bath and views onto the mountains. Everything you need to create great family memories! The condo has electric baseboard heaters in each room, so you can adjust the heat to the temperature that you prefer when it's cold outside. When it's hot, there is an AC unit installed in the living room above the sliding glass door. This is for AC only. We are not allowed to do duct work in the 2nd or 3rd floor condos, so this is the only practical way to get AC in the unit, leaving room doors open as often as possible helps to keep the whole condo cool. Please be aware there will be a $200 security deposit that will be pre-authorized on your credit card the day before you arrive and is released 7 days after you depart unless there is damage. This is a standard practice for vacation home rentals as there is no staff at the facility and this allows you to check in with an electronic door code and check out by just texting us and leaving the morning of your last day. Also, the road to the condos is a gravel, hilly, road that Winterplace Ski Resort is paid to take care of it. Sometimes through the year, we will have heavy rains that create ruts in the road and Winterplace Ski Resort, being closed, is slow in making the repairs. Low clearance vehicles will need to be very careful coming up the hill from Winterplace Ski Resort's main parking area. In the winter, they grade the road and keep it plowed and put cinders on the road but please be prepared and understand you may need a four wheel drive, all wheel drive or chains to help get up the hill. We highly recommend that you purchase travel insurance. Problems can arise in multiple ways and travel insurance can be a low cost guard against losing your money if you have last minute problems and have to cancel. In the past, some of our guests have obtained insurance by going to www.InsureMyTrip.com for details and to purchase. We did call the people at InsuraneMyTrip and they do have plans that will cover for Covid issues but there are several important steps and needs to be done shortly after making your first deposit. The plans are called "Cancel For Any Reason" CFAR. Check with your insurance agent before deciding what insurance to purchase. We DO NOT endorse any insurance in particular. ~Long Term Stays ~ For those lookig to stay for more than a week, the following changes apply: - We only allow 3 people to stay per condo - No pets allowed - We do not provide a daily maid service but will provide clean linens weekly. Please contact us for further information. WINTERPLACE SKI-IN SKI-OUT CONDOS Enjoy skiing or snowboarding right outside your door while staying on the slopes at Winterplace Resort. Easy access to all the runs. Our condos are located on the top (3rd) floor with great views. Winterplace also offers snow-tubing runs and a snowboard terrain park. Winterplace Resort is conveniently located only 5 minutes from I-77 at the Ghent exit. NEAR BECKLEY AND WHITEWATER COUNTRY During the spring, summer and fall don’t think there is nothing to do. We are close to all the fun that southern West Virginia has to offer. Whitewater rafting, kayaking, river tubing, rock climbing, hiking, horseback riding etc. All different kinds of outdoor fun are waiting for you to take advantage of. There are several state and national parks near by, like Little Beaver State Parkand Grandview National Park. We are also near Summit Bechtel Family National Scout Reserve. The temperature in the mountains of West Virginia remains cooler than a lot of the surrounding states, so this is great place to come cool off. Enjoy something different from the beach, take your family out into nature. And for anytime of the year fun, Beckley has something for everyone. Of course, there are all your favorite fast food and sit down restaurants, as well as some home-grown restaurants that might become your new favorites. There is a wide variety of different shops. The Tamarackhas everything you might want to see from our unique West Virginia craftsman. There are a lot of different antique shops and Crossroads Mall for those that might want something a little familiar. There is the Beckley Exhibition Coal Mine, where you can tour an actual coal mine and let the kids explore the coal mining town and the Youth Museum. During good weather, there are also trails, playground, basketball and tennis courts and a pool with a waterslide. There is also, Mountain State Miniature Golfwhich doesn’t have just mini-golf but offers a small coffee shop and an indoor climbing wall. Beckley is a great place to spend a few days exploring all it has to offer and it’s only a quick drive up Interstate 77.

Cottage is 660 SF, 2 bedroom. One room has a queen bed. Second bedroom is a bunk bed best suited for children. The common space has a day bed with a second pull up trundle bed. Access to the owners dock and use of Kayak and paddle board when a waiver is signed. 15 Minutes to the Ark and 1 Hour to the Creation Museum & Cincinnati. Cottage attached to owners house by an outdoor breezeway and has it's own large deck and lake access. No Dishwasher or Washer/Dryer ID verify at checkin

Hilltop Hide-Away is nestled on top of Mad River Mountain. You can walk/ski right to the lift; directly from the property, during the winter. Downtown Bellefontaine is only ten minutes away with lots to offer such as, great eateries, one-of-a-kind shops and boutiques.

Located a walking distance to Snow Trails, follow the tree-lined driveway past the pond to the newly renovated cabin. Nestled towards the back of three acres, this is a beautiful and private getaway for you and your family. We've remodeled the kitchen and the bathroom, adding new appliances in both the kitchen and laundry room. The working fireplace and popcorn machine make the living space a cozy and comfortable place to relax and watch your favorite movies after a day of hitting the slopes.

Ski in ski out condo onto the slopes of Winterplace Ski Resort. It is located on the second floor and the balcony overlooks the "Last Chance" slope. The condo sleeps 10 with two Queens, bunkbeds, and pull out couch. The kitchen is equipped with essentials including a coffee maker, pots and pans, an above range microwave, dishwasher, and everything you'll need for your stay. The living room contains an electric fireplace and a view out the sliding door onto the slopes. Towels are provided.

The Bronson Barn is located on the grounds behind the home that was originally owned by H.V. Bronson who initially plotted the town of Peninsula. Nestled in the heart of the park, it is walking distance to restaurants, shopping, train depot and bike rental. The national park has hundreds of miles of hiking trails, biking trails, river walks or kayaking, amazing waterfalls, and nature walks to see wildlife. You can also enjoy the ski resort located a few miles away for any winter sports!

This two-bedroom condo offers very spacious, luxury accommodations that are perfect after a fun day on the mountain. The open living area has recently updated furnishings, a flat screen tv, and a gas burning fireplace. The primary suite has a king size bed with a newly renovated bathroom including a large shower with three shower heads. The second bedroom has a queen bed and twin bunks and is adjacent to the hall bathroom which has also been recently renovated.

1st Floor Ski In Ski Out Condo at Winterplace. The condo is located on the first floor and you are about 20 feet from the slopes with a great balcony view. Both bedrooms have private access to the bathrooms. There is a bunk room for the kids or young at heart. The kitchen is equipped with all amenities that you would need to cook a full meal. The living room has a futon, large sectional, 52 inch Smart TV, and a heat-emitting electric fireplace.

Lake Shelbyville Home with a View

Home sits on 62.5 acres next to Lake Shelbyville, one of Illinois largest lakes, overlooking Country Club Cove. Airbnb unit is 40 yards from waters edge with natural walking paths down to the lake. Public boat launches, and 2 parks are 7-10 minutes drive from the property. The north entrance to the Dacey Trail bike and walking paths are 1/4 mile from the property entrance. Horseback riding on the property is allowed with prior approval only.

Owner of Rusty Fig Redesign, interior designer Janet and her two sons purchased the Tiny House and rehabbed it to the wonderful adventure it is today. Come stay at our family labor of love!
