It includes 4 bedrooms, with king, queens, and twin beds (sleeping for 12), 3 full bathrooms, 2 kitchens, and 3 living rooms, a hot tub, and a 400 square foot front porch perfect for watching the sun set over a beautiful view of the pasture. It includes wireless WiFi and 3 satellite TVs; lawn games and a fire pit are available for guests. The bottom floor (Bulldog Suite) can be rented separately upon request. Close enough to hear the sounds of the Dawgs play in Athens during game night, or take a quick uber ride and watch for yourself if you don’t feel like driving. Plenty of parking for RV’s, horse trailers and more. Horses are welcome in the front pasture.

The Bread Basket, our little local restaurant, has the best fried chicken you can find and can put together your tailgate package. Breakfast is also served daily and a full lunch during the week.

You’ll love the cottage because of the comfy bed, the kitchen, the coziness, the high ceilings, and the views. The cottage is located on the grounds of Sweet Olive Farm Animal Rescue and is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), and furry friends (pets).

River View/Aframe Cabin/Private Oasis/ goats

Located on the South Fork Broad river just below Watson Mill Bridge State Park. Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. This Aframe along the river is perfect for a couples getaway. King size bed in the loft. Bring your beach towels. Chairs are available to sit on the sanbars and rocks in the river. In the pasture behind the cabin, our friendly goats love attention and are always happy to greet guests.

The Guesthouse, at Schulman Estates

This space includes two private bedrooms, one bath, and a loft upstairs. The downstairs is a large, open great room and kitchen, with an additional half-bath/washer/dryer. This is a stand alone, fully private unit on our property, and is located 25 miles east-southeast of Sanford Stadium (UGA). The listing includes a large screen TV; Internet and Chromecast for streaming on any service you subscribe to.
