Our home is located on Rte 414 10 miles to Corning or Watkins Glen. The beautiful back yard allows for a campfire (wood ), sunbathing and playing games. Explore the creek bed that leads to a stocked trout stream. Visit the goats at the farm. Kids born 3/25There is a slope from the parking to the house. Two TV's are connected for your convenience. Parking is off 414 with ample space for 3 cars. This remodeled home has hard wood floors, custom kitchen cabinets and granite counter tops.

Kitchen lacks nothing tucked conveniently in the great room.

4 BR 3 BATH home . ONE OF A KIND property, secluded, yet very conveniently located in the heart of the Finger Lakes! Beautifully landscaped lawn surrounded by woods & waterfalls. Enjoy a glass of wine or favorite drink or dine on the large patio while taking in the view of the surrounding vistas. Take in the view from inside from the large picture window in living and dining rooms. Enjoy view of all types of wildlife. NO PETS ALLOWED. No late check outs. Violations will incur fee of $75/ hr.

House on the Hill

A tiny house with the comforts of home. Single Bedroom stair free in-law suite with amazing sunsets and the feeling of being in the middle of the woods while still being close enough to enjoy a reasonable drive to some of the Finger Lakes best hiking trails, food, wineries and other destination locations. If you come in the winter you will want an all wheel drive vehicle if there is snow on the roads, but half a mile down the hill and you are on the state highway to the finger lakes region.

Take a break and unwind at Harpy Hollow in this cozy 12x16 A-frame cabin. Nestled in the forest of wine country, there’s plenty of adventures just waiting for you! From hiking to biking, breweries, wineries, distilleries, or just relaxing by the fire. You will find a comfortable place to relax after a long day of making memories. Hop in your car and drive only a few minutes to either side of Seneca Lake and go tasting at one of the areas signature wineries, breweries or distilleries.

Waneta Lakeside Cottage

Right on the water with lots of space and fresh air this new and charming cottage is situated in the heart of the Finger Lakes on the east side of Waneta Lake. Ideal for 1 to 2 couples, a girls weekend getaway or families up to 4. There are 2 bedrooms, an open fully equipped kitchen, a sitting area and bathroom with walk-in shower. Dine and relax on the over-sized covered deck overlooking the lake. A stairway from the deck provides access to a private beach with 4 kayaks.
