The Amore’ Cottage is very private, situated on 40acres of lush countryside and beautiful gardens and not too far from the main Amore’ Homestead. The two bedroom cottage is fully self contained ,big kitchen and lounge area looking out into the scenic valley, View is beautiful. Valley View enjoys very pleasant views including wildlife. I offer a fully renovated private home with independent living. Valley View is a smoke free zone - This applies to the whole property. Valley View is 3.5 Kls from Ocean View Estate function centre. I am happy to host bridal parties and may be available for transport to your venue, we can discuss this aspect? Belltree Ridge - Private Rural Escape

Belltree Ridge is an absolute treasure in a stunning location. It is an extremely unique hand crafted homestead built from reclaimed and local timber. It offers complete privacy and is just 11 kms from the township of Maleny. For winter comfort, a wood burning fireplace and for summer an outside fire-pit . We also have ducted air-conditioning and heating. We now have Starlink Wi-fi but will happily turn it off so guests can really disconnect from their busy lives.

Rosalie Waters Mountain Hideaway

Our cottage accommodates 4 people. There is a comfortable lounge room, equipped with sofa bed and television and a separate bedroom with a queen size bed. There is a verandah to sit on at the table and chairs to take in the mountain air. The cottage has a bathroom and a small kitchenette. The kitchenette is complete with bar fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle and tea and coffee facilities. All crockery and cutlery as well. Smoking is not permitted inside the cottage.

Rowan House, a magnificent three-level French-styled residence, is uniquely positioned high in the Sunshine Coast hinterland. Perched atop Mount Mellum’s highest north-easterly point, the homestead commands spectacular 180° views of almost 150 km of Australia’s coastline and islands - from Noosa through to Brisbane. The restored mansion was Queensland’s 1942 “House of the Year” and is just a 25 minute drive from beaches. Original tennis court is refurbished.
