Welcome to Casa de Ligaya (House of Joy)! This is our "happy place" that lets you relax, enjoy the scenic view of the sea, and escape from the bustling urban life. The house is a two-storey modern rustic structure decorated with native wooden furniture. On the upper floor you have the common area and Ioft for people to hang out and rest. On the ground floor you have the living room, lounging area, and a separate private room. There is also a “casita” structure behind the main house.

BEACHFRONT PROPERTY Location: Property is oceanfront with direct beach access - outside our gate are a few steps to the beach. Property terrain is multi level - there are steps around the property. Quaint, distant. Its a family place. *since we have other spaces, if there are more than one group in the property on the days you booked, swimming pool usage shall be shared on schedule basis per group for social distancing and your own safety.

The Driftwood Cottage has been meticulously designed to give all guest an atmosphere that pays homage to native Philippines. Our rooms are uniquely designed with bamboo. Our place is located in the dive spots of Anilao, Batangas. Activities are scuba diving and island hopping. Please inquire about our scuba diving packages. No overbooking. Our summer house is open to guests who want to escape to some peace and quiet. It is a 3-3.5 hour drive from Manila via Tagaytay and Nasugbu/Balayan. Private, quiet and the best area in Calatagan with sandbar right in front of the property.
