Auf dem grosszügigen Balkon und der Terasse lässt sich dieser Ausblick in ruhiger Atmosphäre bewundern. Zum Chalet gehören ein Aussenparkplatz und ein Autounterstand. Die Bushaltestelle „Buggeli“ ist nur 100m entfernt. Die Lenk bietet übers ganze Jahr viele Freizeitaktivitäten.
