Our home features a fully fenced back yard for children and pets. There is a charcoal grill available for guests. We are 30 minutes from some of the best golf courses in the state, Crossville. We are located within minutes of both State and Federal parks for hiking, kayaking, rock climbing, horseback riding or just enjoying the great outdoors! The city of Wartburg is located just 10 minutes to our south for convenient grocery shopping or dining. And the city of Oak Ridge is an additional 20 minutes away.

Lilly Bluff Cabin Getaway

This beautiful cabin nestled in the heart of East Tennessee offers incredible access to the Obed Wild & Scenic River and surrounding areas. With all the amenities you need and a breathtaking view, this cabin won't disappoint! Lilly Bluff Cabin is ideally located for outdoor adventure or a quiet private getaway. If you're looking for outdoor adventure Lilly Bluff cabin is in close proximity to canoeing, kayaking, rock climbing or hiking. Come explore the natural beauty of the Tennessee mountains!

Nanny’s Cottage

Conveniently close to Fairfield Glade Golf courses, and other activities. Nanny’s Cottage is 300sqft with 1 full bed room w/ queen bed, full bath, washer and dryer, and WiFi. It has big picturesque windows for lots of natural lighting, but also blackout blinds to darken the inside. The outside of the property boasts a beautiful pond and dock to have a relaxing place to sit and enjoy the sunshine and fresh air. To enjoy the outside on those chilly nights we have a fire pit with outdoor sitting.

Multi level cliff side cabin

This unique elevated cabin is built over a natural spring and has a private rock shelter patio and fire pit area. A drop down deck creates a very open feeling punctuated by views of the stream through the trees. Built mostly from timber and stone harvested from the property the cabin features Oak hard wood floors and large glass windows and French doors. The cabin does not have a kitchen or bathroom. A large common area with an outdoor kitchen and bathhouse is less than a minute walk away.

Bunkroom at Fiat Farm

Tuck yourself into this cozy bunkroom attached to a custom-built log home. Situated on the site of a hundred-year-old homestead, this 67-acre property is now a regenerative farm. 10 minutes from Lilly Bluff overlook with hiking and rock climbing. A short drive to many Obed trailheads. Only 30 minutes to Frozen Head State Park. This space will be the basecamp for all your adventures. Cabin on the Farm

Nestled on a beautiful East Tennessee farm, this cabin has a stunning view of a five acre pond. We have lots of beautiful outdoor opportunities to enjoy nearby such as the Obed Visitor Center, Frozen Head State Park, and the Lilly Bluff overlook. If you are a history buff, the Alvin C York State Historic Park, historic Rugby and Brushy Mountain State Penitentiary are all must sees. Of course if you're looking to relax and just enjoy some country life this is just the place to do so.

Welcome to the Old Farmhouse. 3 bedroom house.

Relax with friends or family at this peaceful, private retreat. The Old Farmhouse Lodge is a large 2600 square foot beautiful country style home with a large kitchen and dining room and spacious, comfortable bedrooms. The property itself is set up for outside activities by offering a place to play softball or other games such as horseshoes , cornhole or hiking. Relax on the front porch or around the fire pit, wood or gas. Bring your fishing poles and fish the beautiful stocked pond.

Additional fee of $30 a night for game room and a Amenities deposit of $300 is required.

Deer Lodge Bed & Breakfast

This is a very private cottage located in the trees with a view of a beautiful private pond. You will have a large deck that faces the pond, private parking, complete kitchen facilities, washer and dryer, and a large bathroom. You won’t find a more peaceful & serene setting. The pond is stocked with 4 types of fish, so bring your gear. You can watch the hawks, ducks maybe even some deer. Everything you need is provided whether you stay a night or a week.
