Welcome to 29 Ebden – your sanctuary to unwind & rejuvenate. Elevated and private, this luxurious architecturally designed home in Hobart's North has all that you need to enjoy a memorable stay in Tasmania. Perched atop a hill overlooking the Derwent River, the house features a large deck & outdoor wood fire pit, as well as a private bath deck. Please note; 29 Ebden's bedrooms are double (queen) share. E.g., if you would like four bedrooms prepared for your stay please book for eight guests.

We want to offer visitors to Hobart a unique & luxurious accommodation experience, which connects modern design with its rugged, bush environment. Located in West Hobart, we are a short 8 minute drive to the Salamanca water front. Our 2 story house is nestled in a private bushy street, with amazing views of the Derwent River, South Hobart, Sandy Bay & beyond. The home is spacious and private, yet surrounded by (harmless) local wildlife. You will see many wallabies grazing on the property.

A shack shaped by love, salt air, and laughter, where long days begin in soft linens and end by firelight. Ocean front with views of Park Beach and Frederick Henry Bay from both the inside and outside of the shack. Using the shack as your base, no matter which direction you choose to venture, there’s an array of experiences and activities to explore, 20 min to Hobart Airport, 40 min to Hobart, gateway to Richmond, East Coast, Port Arthur and the Tasman Peninsula. Our Cottage is a family friendly self contained accommodation. Our Cottage is a short 3 minute walk close to the famous Ross Village Bakery well known for Kikki. A spacious three bedroom house welcomes couples or can sleep up to 6 guests. 2 bedrooms with queen bed, bedroom three has 2 single beds. Open plan kitchen living area. Bathroom with a bath and walk in shower. No Pets - No parties -off Street parking. WFI available

The Layover - large 4 bedroom house

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. The house is located in historical Bothwell being the gateway to the Central Highlands and easy drives from Hobart or Launceston. Enjoy this family home with a fully equipped kitchen. Be as lazy as you wish in this house especially during the winter months with the cool days. Wander around the town and enjoy the historical buildings and relaxed feel.
