Cozy turn-of-the-century cottage on a quiet back street in the center of Nykarleby. One block from food stores and the bus station, you will find this personal house, perfect for a family stay, tourist visit, or why not remote work or a countryside retreat? The small house dates from 1890 and was completely renovated in 2016. In 2022, the interior was updated with period details and beautiful William Morris wallpaper. In the yard there is a trampoline and a patio with barbecue facilities.

Quaint living experience in historic Nykarleby

Looking for old house charm with modern twist? Welcome to our house on Seminariegatan in Nykarleby, one of the town's most idyllic locations. Touches of traditional and modern Nordic design. Our house was put up in the year 1900 but the logs probably much older. It is ideal for spending time together in front of the fire, cooking, a walk in the forest, bathing in the outdoor wood heated sauna, or weather allowing hanging out on the terrace. The house is fully equipped.

My great grandfather built both the guesthouse and the main building in the 1920's.
