Blair Farmhouse was built over 100 years ago located in the farming community of Nunda, New York. The home has spacious rooms with large windows. Lots of fresh air sleeping in the summer, and a cozy fireplace in the living room during the winter. This is an excellent get away vacation stay. Guests can enjoy the outdoor firepit, while star gazing at night. The house is surrounded by farmland and deer are seen frequently traipsing across the fields to head toward or away from the creek.

This tranquil country home features a large deck that overlooks the pond, fire pit, & backyard. Walking trails are cut throughout the 9.3 acre property for guests enjoyment. Detached garage houses a foosball table, ping pong table & corn hole. Letchworth Park north & south entrances are a short drive in either direction.

Relax on the covered screened porch or the back deck for peaceful meals or just some bird watching. Not super far off the road but you feel like it. Road is pretty quiet and lots of wild life.
