Lovely quiet cottage set on lifestyle block with many chickens and sheep. 3 minutes driving to fabulous Waiotahi beach and only 10 minutes into Opotiki for cafes and shopping. Peace and tranquility - leave the city behind.

Home heating is provided by a beautiful freestanding fire fuelled by wood harvested from the property sustainably while hot water is from our solar system ( bathing in the sunshine )

Our newly built cabin is perfectly located for adventurers wanting to explore the redwood forest and lakes or is a peaceful space for those looking to relax and unwind. Enjoy a soak in the outdoor cedar bathtub while overlooking Rotorua. A 5 minute pedal will have you in the forest, connecting to the forest loop. Local cafes and pubs are only a couple minutes drive down the hill with the CBD a 10 minute drive.
