Advantages we like to put out is that is really spacious, even for groups of four, it is in really nice neighborhood, parking is free and its not far from center, 15-20min walk or 5min (10 € cab) ride. We are trying to keep status of superhosts and its really not hard job knowing you are making your guests happier with what you do.
