The Trailhead Guest Cottage

Our peaceful oceanfront guest cottage is situated at the head of the 9.5 km Pollett's Cove hiking trail.  We recommend a two night stay - first night, settle in with a beverage, evening sunset and star gazing.  Wake to coffee and farm fresh breakfast delivered to your door step (except in August when we are on vacation), before hitting the trail to Pollett's Cove, the Skyline or any of the 30 other nearby national park trails. Have a swim, and return to a hot outdoor shower. Repeat!

Relax and unwind whether it be soaking in the private hot tub with a glass of wine, or lounging on the porch with a cup of hot coffee while watching the tide go out, or around the firepit on a cool summer evening. The heritage cottage offers a seaside porch and garden with spectacular views of the Annapolis Basin. The cottage is within walking distance to the lighthouse, picnic and rocky beach area. Bicycles are available for guest use; sailboat and sea kayaks rentals are nearby.

You have your own private balcony, with amazing views. Tiny house feel, right on the ocean. Take a very short walk to Duck Pond beach and split rock. Beach stair access to be completed soon. There is even a studio on-site for a souvenir of your stay in NB, at the on-site Seawitch studio.
