Family built in 1954 with recently installed electricity, mains water, bathroom and separate toilet. Kitchen from 2020 with dishwasher. Access to private pier to swim in the ocean as well as kayaks, tennis court and great hiking opportunities included.

Vi leier ut hytte og anneks med fantastisk beliggenhet i idylliske Larkollen ca 1 time kjøring fra Oslo. Sjøutsikt og stor hage med plass til mye lek og moro. Hytta ligger i kort gangavstand fra nærbutikk Joker, Støtvig Hotell med diner, basseng, spa og bowlinghall og Losen samt et par minutts gange til tennisbaner, badebrygge og strand. Stor gressplen med fotballøkke, leke- og grillplass i umiddelbar nærhet. Evje golfpark ligger 8 min kjøring fra hytta.

Her kan du nyte livet i solveggen, padle kajakk samtidig som det er kort vei til sommerstedene Nevlunghavn, Helgeroa og Stavern. Her finner du spisesteder, konserter, kunstutstillinger og svaberg.

Villa Ramsvik er en rustikk perle om sommeren, med stor hage og utekjøkken. Kos dere med middager under pergolaen, slapp av på solsenga, spill volleyball i hagen eller rusle ned til vannet for et forfriskende bad eller en tur med SUP-brettet.

The room is a 1-room cabin with adjoined porch, and a unique view overlooking Tønsbergs inner fjord. The bathrooms and kitchen are shared areas with guests of other rooms. Tønsberg is 10 minutes away by car, 20 minutes by bike or a 1 hour walk. The nearest bus stop is a 15 minutes walk. Sandefjord airport (Torp) is a 20 minute drive.
