If the buiding has over 400 years of history, it was still until then the residence of a famous former minister, MP, and campaign head of President Mitterrand, who also lived 20m away. Situated on a little street, quiet but close to everything, 6 min walk from the RER direct to airports or Versailles, 50m from a metro, and only 100m away from Notre-Dame. After years of living in the city of light, my husband Matteo and I found our dream home in the Parisian 5th arrondissement, within a late-19th-century haussmanian building in perfect state. We are renting a typical Parisian single space studio or "Chambre de bonne", 12m2 just above our apartment but with an indepent entrance. We have an unbeatable location that connects you to all main sights yet still feels local and authentic.
