The Pump House is situated on a working estate in West Sussex. Formerly the Pump House to an old manor house, it has just been transformed in to a luxury 2 bedroom holiday cottage with an additional sleeping loft. It's the perfect romantic getaway or family bolthole. Every effort has been made to maintain the original character of the building by using reclaimed and sustainably sourced materials and local craftsmen. Located at the end of a private drive, the Pump House is a home away from home.

Our boutique Shepherds Hut is newly built and designed for cosy stays. Situated in a beautiful rural setting with its own cottage garden, whilst only being a stones throw away from London Gatwick airport.  The hut features a main living area with a kitchenette, dining area, a cosy double bed, a second bedroom with a small double and a private bathroom. It has been carefully designed to offer all the facilities that you would need whilst giving you a unique relaxing and private experience.

Welcome to our peaceful, detached annex offering flexibility, comfort and outdoor space. International guests will find us conveniently situated within 30mins drive of London Gatwick and Heathrow Airports (traffic permitting) and 40mins by train into central London. Ideal for those needing a base to enjoy the delights that Surrey has to offer or somewhere quiet to work from.

Restful one bedroom retreat in the beautiful Surrey Hills ANOB. Renovated to the highest standard. Easy access for walkers and cyclists or those just wanting to get away from it all. With your own off road parking and outside space. Access to extensive network of footpaths, bridle paths and cycling routes on the doorstep. Situated in a quiet, tree-lined lane, it is a 5 minute drive to Horsley station which has a direct line into London Waterloo. Lots of lovely restaurants, pubs and cafes nearby for breakfast, lunch or dinner. There’s a mini fridge and microwave in the annex. Enjoy the setting of this romantic spot in the Surrey countryside. Our “off the beaten track” barn is the perfect rustic charm getaway. Tucked away , and directly beside a babbling brook, this stunning newly renovated barn has all mod cons and everything you need for the perfect break. 65 inch Sky glass tv, huge walk in shower, gorgeous kitchen with granite work tops and built in appliances. Nestled in the Surrey hills there are miles of gorgeous walks quite literally on the doorstep.

The Little House

Feel refreshed when you stay in this rustic gem. Relax and make yourself at home in rural, peaceful surroundings, yet conveniently located only a stones throw from Gatwick Airport, approximately7 mins drive. Newly equipped and furnished throughout. There are steps down from the drive which lead to a small terrace with a table and chairs, and the front door. Please note that the front door, door to the bedroom and the main beam in the living area are slightly reduced in height.

Our cabin is set in the garden of our family home in a quiet cul de sac. The cabin has a double bed and plenty of storage. Small kitchenette with basic cooking facilities Ensuite shower room with fresh towels and complimentary toiletries. Close to local amenities. Just a 5-minute drive to Gatwick Airport . A 5-minute walk to the Bus Stop for travel to both terminals at Gatwick Airport, Horley Town Centre, and Horley train station for trains into London.

A lovely, fully self contained Garden Pavilion in a very pretty garden. Superb location with Gatwick Airport being a short taxi and train journey away. You could even walk there from the house (about 30 minutes). Car parking is also available. Horley town centre, supermarkets, cafes and pubs are all within walking distance.
