Welcome to Forest Retreat! We are nestled in the hills of Western New York, 23 miles to Chautauqua Lake and 14 miles to Lily Dale. This unique home is near several wedding venues and the Earl Cardot Overland Trail, which is surrounded by 2,300 acres of state forest. We are located between 2 local ski resorts, and only 87 miles south of Niagara Falls State park. Relax by the fire, kayak, or fish in the 2 acre pond and just enjoy the scenery. We do require a signed waiver to utilize the pond.

First floor has open living area/kitchen, with functional antique wood walk in cooler, 1/2 bath, bar and garage door which opens to deck. This is a secluded cabin in the woods on 10 acres. Hunting is available on additional land as well. Close to the Allegheny River and lots of hiking on the Allegheny National Forest. Enjoy watching the wildlife out the front bay window as well as hiking and exploring the backyard woods. Outdoor fire pit is available with firewood provided. This is a cozy place to get away and relax. Wi-Fi now available through Starlink! Drinking water is provided due to the sulphur smell in the water.
